Cymbalta® (duloxetine HCl) is approved for the treatment of depression and generalized anxiety disorder, and for the management of diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain and fibromyalgia.

Product Information

The recommended dose of Cymbalta is 40-60 mg/day for the acute treatment of MDD and 60 mg/day for the maintenance treatment of MDD; the acute treatment of GAD, and the management of DPNP and fibromyalgia.
